Ike Davis, known for his offensive production, has surprisingly flashed the leather at first — ultimately making him a reliable option in the field. It could be a change of scenery or getting the majority of playing time against right-handed starters — but Davis is going all out: whether it be picking throws out of the dirt, ranging to his left and right to make a diving play, or guiding his pitchers to the first base bag with an accurate throw — how can you not “Like Ike”?!
